Domestic Shipping (USA)

We offer fast 2-day local shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

• Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2 business days after processing.

• Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $8.95 applies to orders under $50. Orders over $50 ship free within the U.S.

• Taxes: Applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make address changes or cancel shipments.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping on all orders.

• Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

• Delivery Time: International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance times.

• Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $19.95 applies to all international orders.

• Customs & Import Fees: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country. These costs are not included in your total at checkout and must be paid upon delivery.

Please note: Once international packages leave the U.S., tracking availability and delivery times may vary depending on your local postal service.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, we are not accepting any returns or refunds on the following items:

• 3D–5D Mink Lashes

• Lash GlueLiner

• Lash Shampoo + Brush

All sales of these items are final. For hygiene and health reasons, returns and exchanges cannot be processed once these products have been shipped.
